Carl Came Home

6 Weeks Old

Carl is 6 weeks old now. Our visit today didn't produce many not-blurry pictures because he's quite the zippy guy these days. Just one more visit before we can take him home!

It was a good day.

Today we stopped by to see Carl and Lindsay came along. Carl's now 5 weeks old. And now for pictures.

For Carl.

Tiny little baby Carl Sagan was born the smallest pup of a litter of 5 in the late hour of July 6th/wee hour of the 7th.  We met the litter on July 28th and spent some time with the puppies.   Of the 3 girls (2 sable and 1 tricolor) and 2 boys (both tricolor) we picked our little guy, Carl.   He was called "Peanut" by the breeder.   There were no pictures taken that day, because it was only just before leaving the farm that we decided we wanted our little guy.  

We returned to visit on August 4th and bond with him, and decided to tell the breeder that we will call him "Carl".  We'd been talking about getting a corgi for years, and we'd had the name settled on long ago.  All pictures in this post are from August 4th.  Carl is 4 weeks old.
